About Weather Data Elements
- Coords: The latitude and longitude showing the exact global position where the weather was measured.
- Temperature: The current air temperature at the location, usually in degrees Celsius or Fahrenheit.
- Temperature Range: The lowest and highest temperatures recorded or expected for the period, showing daily variation.
- Pressure: Atmospheric pressure at this location (in hPa); higher pressure often signals clear weather, while lower pressure means storms or rain may occur.
- Humidity: How much moisture is in the air, given as a percentage. The higher the number, the more humid it feels.
- Wind: How fast the air is moving and from which direction, shown in meters per second (m/s) or km/h, plus compass direction in degrees.
- Clouds: A description of sky conditions—whether it’s clear, partly cloudy, overcast, or the type of clouds present.
- Visibility: The distance (in meters or kilometers) you can see ahead before objects become hidden by fog, rain, or haze. 10,000 meters means very clear.
- Sea Level Pressure: The air pressure recalculated to what it would be at sea level, making it easier to compare locations at different elevations.
- Ground Level Pressure: The atmospheric pressure measured at the ground at your location, which may be above or below sea level.
- Sunrise: The local time when the sun rises above the horizon for this place.
- Sunset: The local time when the sun sets below the horizon.
- Time of Reading: The exact date and time (in local time) when this weather data was observed or reported.
